DOVIA, Directors of Volunteers in Agencies, is the networking opportunity you’ve been looking for. The organization is designed to promote volunteer management, exchange ideas, share volunteer management materials, and build staff skills, while promoting volunteerism within the community. We aim to promote volunteer service administration as a profession, facilitate communication and resource shar

ing among members, and provide a forum for the exchange of ideas and problems concerning the management of volunteer programs. Membership is open to all persons, salaried or non-salaried, who have administrative responsibilities for the coordination and development of volunteer services.

🤝 Adult Protective Services is strongest when our community works together.

The APS Advisory Board brings together professionals from many different backgrounds — 🏥 hospice, 🩺 home health, 🏡 home care, social services, and other community partners — all with one shared purpose: protecting and supporting vulnerable adults.

🌟 Having a diverse group of organizations involved is a strength, not a weakness. When different agencies collaborate, we are able to share resources, knowledge, and support systems that ultimately benefit the people APS serves.

💡 At the end of the day, the mission is bigger than any one organization. When we work together, our community becomes stronger and our impact becomes greater.

❤️ Protecting our vulnerable adults takes all of us.

Follow the volunteer center signage to the back of the building once you arrive on campus. Come early if you would like to help decorate!
