WE NEED COACHES!
One of the most important parts of recreational soccer happens off the field: our volunteer coaches.
Every season, we are incredibly grateful for the parents and volunteers who step up to coach. They give their time, energy, and patience to help our players learn the game, build confidence, make friends, and most importantly, have fun. 🙌
We also know that not everyone realizes just how important coaches are when teams are being formed. In recreational soccer, players need coaches before teams can truly come together. When we don’t have enough volunteers, we may have to place players on teams that are still waiting for a coach. This is a common challenge in rec sports, and it’s why we are asking our soccer families and community to consider stepping up.
You don't have to be an expert. You don't have to have years of soccer experience. You just need a willingness to help, a positive attitude, and a desire to make a difference for a group of young players.
To all of our coaches who have already volunteered - THANK YOU! Your time and commitment mean more than you know.
And to those who are considering it: your team is waiting for you! ⚽️
