Imagine for just a moment that you are 7 years old and you are no longer living with one or both of your parents. All you know is that you miss your parent. You carry questions that no 7-year-old should have to carry.
You learn to watch people's faces before you speak. You become careful about what you say. You may even hide your own feelings because you don't want to hurt anyone else's. You are a child trying to make sense of an adult world that has suddenly become frightening and confusing.

And now, when you visit your parent, another adult must be in the room.

At Family First Connection, we recognize that behind every court order is a child with feelings, fears, questions, and a need for safety.
Supervised visitation is not about choosing sides. It is about providing a safe, structured, neutral environment where children can have appropriate contact with a parent when the court has determined supervision is necessary.
We cannot erase the conflict a child has witnessed.
We cannot change every circumstance that brought a family through our doors. But we can help create moments when a child doesn't have to carry the weight of adult conflict. Your donations help provide these moments for children.
