Tybee Tour of Homes

Tybee Tour of Homes Enjoy a day viewing coastal architecture. From historic cottages to sunny contemporary homes, the Saturday, May 4, 2019 tour will delight and inspire.

This popular annual event is held on Tybee Island, Ga. At its heart it is a way for residents to share their beautiful homes with the community while raising money for local charities and nonprofits. This year's tour is May 5, 20018 and will features several locations. Proceeds will go to Tybee Island Maritime Academy (TIMA), the island's only community school.

Due to the interim Guidance for Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) Guidance as of 3/15/2020 by the CDC, we have made the decision to postpone the Tybee Tour of Homes scheduled for Saturday, May 9, 2020 to later this year.

We are sad to take this action but want to follow guidelines to protect our homeowners, visitors, school staff and students due to the threat of COVID-19.

For those of you who have pre-purchased event tickets on Eventbrite, they will be refunded immediately.

Well, it would be the appropriate time for us to let everyone know that we will be back for a 23rd edition of the Tybee Tour of Homes benefitting the Tybee Island Maritime Academy. We are humbled by the support and patronage of this year's tour and are excited about next year's date: 5.2.20. Tate Ellington created a custom design for our 2020 tour "Tybee Porch Paradise." She will be "live painting" at Justabreeze Gallery on Hwy 80 on Tybee Island on Saturday during the 2019 tour - stop by and see her incredible work come to life! Oh, there will be limited quantity prints of this artwork for sale as well! Don't miss out!

The home features hardwood floors, beadboard walls, tall 14’ ceilings with transom windows, a claw foot bathtub and a wide curving porch on three sides.
