The Arenac Eastern Booster Club is proud to be hosting the 12th Annual 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament. Registration is limited to the first 65 teams or 15 teams per division.
CHAMPIONSHIP T-shirts to the 1st Place Finishers per division.
Registration:
8 AM for Divisions 8-13; Competition starts at 8:30 a.m.
9 AM for Divisions 14-15 and 16-18; Competition starts approximately 10 a.m.
12 PM for Both Open Divisions; Competition starts approximately 1 p.m.
Full Concession Available All Day: Please, No outside food or beverages.
Admission Fee: $1 for adults and students. Players and children 5 and under FREE.
Team Entry Fee: $60 for applications received on or before March 14, 2014. 3-4 players per team. Includes souvenir t-shirt for each player!!

3 POINT NBA STYLE SHOOTING COMPETITION: Starts following completion of Youth
Division. (approximately at noon) $3 entry fee. Two divisions, 8-15 and 16-adult. PRIZES AWARDED TO WINNERS!! NO REFUNDS!
Tournament Rules:
Double elimination format. Each team consists of 3 or 4 players on their roster. Teams may SUBSTITUTE OR ADD a player to their roster PRIOR to their first game if approved by a Tournament official. Once the first game has been played, NO SUBSTITUTIONS OR ADDITIONAL PLAYERS will be allowed.
Teams are divided into male and female divisions by age. Co-ed teams will be placed in male divisions.
Player eligibility will be enforced. A birth certificate, driver’s license or student ID is required at check in.
Field goals and Foul Shots are worth 1 point, shots made from behind 3 point line worth 2 points.
Games are played to 15, win by 2 or first team to 20. There is a 20 minute time limit except for the championship.
If the game is not completed within 20 minutes, the team ahead is the winner.
The ball must be “taken back” with both feet behind the line each change of possession. Change of possession means a defensive rebound, made basket, “air ball” shot recovered by defense, made free throw, or stolen ball by the defense.
Jump balls go to the defense.
A coin flip at the start of the game will determine first possession.
Ball must be “passed-in” after made baskets, fouls, violations or ball out of bounds.
Players and/or teams MAY BE REMOVED from the game and or tournament at the discretion of the tournament officials for FOUL LANGUAGE, ABUSIVE BEHAVIOR, FLAGRANT FOUL OR ROUGH PLAY. Street shoes are NOT permitted.
NO dunking during practice. DUNKING allowed during games only.
Only tournament officials may call fouls-ADULTS will be officiating.
On the 7th team foul, the player fouled will be awarded a free throw.
Each team may have one timeout per game which lasts 60 seconds.
Substitutions are allowed at any “dead” ball.
Tournament officials’ rulings are final.
Tournament organizers may modify tournament and brackets when deemed appropriate.

in any way in the EVENT and/or being permitted to enter for any purpose any RESTRICTED AREA(S) (defined to be
any area which requires special authorization, credentials or permission to enter or any area to which admission by the
general public is restricted or prohibited) I agree:
I know the nature of the EVENT and the Participant’s or the Minor’s experience and capabilities, and believe the participant or the
Minor to be qualified to participated in the EVENT. To the best of my knowledge, the Participant or the Minor is in good physical
condition and has no disease or injury or health-related condition that would preclude or restrict or be aggravated by participating in
the EVENT. I am fully aware of risks and hazards connected with the EVENT, and I hereby elect to voluntarily participate, or permit
Minor to participate, in the EVENT, knowing that the activity may be hazardous to me or to Minor and my/Minor’s property. I
voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage, or personal injury, including paralysis and death, that
may be sustained by me or by Minor, or any loss or damage to property owned by me or Minor, as a result of being engaged in such
