What do people feel when they experience our Rotary club?

Do they feel welcomed? Connected? Useful? Do they leave with more energy than when they arrived?

I’ve been asking that question during my club visits this year, and the Boise-East Rotary Club has given me a lot to think about.

They’ve been intentional about adapting their club experience as their members’ needs have changed—and we’ll hear their story at our next Rotary Town Hall Conversation.

You’re Invited: Rotary Town Hall Conversations

In an effort to make the district feel a little less spread out, we are launching Rotary Town Hall Conversations—a casual monthly Zoom gathering where we’ll explore leadership, service, and the people who make Rotary special.

Our first conversation features Immediate Past District Governor Kathy Buck as we reflect on her year, what she learned, and what she hopes will encourage us as we begin a new Rotary year.

“What do you hope people feel when they attend a meeting or event hosted by your club this year?”
