FLUD Making mental health resources accessible

Did you know your brain has the ability to change and adapt?

It’s called neuroplasticity, and it means the way we think, learn, and respond isn’t set in stone.

This Therapist Tip Tuesday, Annalisa shares how we can help shape our brains through new experiences, habits, and intentional practice. 💚

Small changes can make a big difference!

Pretty sure those were the lyrics. Either way, go to therapy. Eat the spaghetti. Take care of yourself. 😂🍝

Meet FLUD 💡 We help fund therapy, not therapy sessions ourselves — think of us as the bridge between you and the care you deserve. Link in bio to learn more or apply.

Some seasons feel darker than others. And when you're in the middle of them, it's easy to believe they'll last forever.
But darkness isn't permanent. Healing is possible. Support exists. And sometimes, the bravest thing you can do is let someone help you find the light switch.
If cost has been the thing standing between you and therapy, FLUD is here to help make that first step a little easier.
Because even when it doesn't feel like it, the lights can come back on. 💙

In case no one has told you lately: we’re proud of you. 💗
For trying. For resting. For starting over. For making it through the days that felt impossible.
You don’t have to do more, be more, or prove anything to be worthy.
You are enough, right now.

Sometimes “let me know if you need anything” is hard to answer.

So instead, be specific. Check in. Offer the meal. Give them permission to cancel. Remind them they don’t have to respond.

Sometimes the smallest text can make someone feel a little less alone. đŸ«¶đŸ»

Stress and burnout get used like they’re interchangeable — they’re not. Stress is your body sounding an alarm about too much pressure. Burnout is what happens when that alarm goes unanswered for too long, and you’re left running on empty instead of just running behind.
The tricky part? Burnout doesn’t always look dramatic. Sometimes it’s just
nothing feeling like it matters anymore.
The good news is both are workable, especially early. Therapy helps you catch the shift before it becomes a full burnout cycle — and with FLUD, getting that support is more affordable than people expect. We help take the cost barrier out of the equation, so you can actually prioritize your mental health instead of putting it off.
If any of this sounds familiar, that’s your sign. Link in bio to see how FLUD can help you get started. 💙

Awareness doesn’t pay for a $150 therapy copay. That’s why FLUD exists — we help cover the cost of therapy so people can actually get help, not just a hashtag. The action after the awareness.

Sometimes what you need is rest. Sometimes it’s a deep breath. Sometimes it’s a good cry.

And sometimes... what you need is therapy.

Asking for support isn’t a sign that you’ve failed—it’s a step toward healing. Everyone deserves access to quality mental health care, and cost shouldn’t be the reason someone goes without it.

That’s why FLUD exists: to help make therapy more accessible for those who need it.

💙 If therapy has been on your “maybe someday” list, let this be your reminder that you don’t have to navigate everything alone. Visit the link in our bio or send us a DM to learn how FLUD may be able to help.
