Dyed with all natural Indigo and Calendula plants our Keepers of the Earth T honors our commitment to keeping the places we love clean and cared for, our devotion to the mountains and Mother Earth, and the Indigenous namesakes of the places in Da’aw (Tahoe) that we care for and learn from.

With a poem to the mountain thrones of the Earth, and a list of places in Tahoe we’ve cleaned with their Wasǐw names we hope this piece inspires others to get to know their homes in an intimate way that honors the original keepers and asks us to follow their lead.
