We are pro-29 Palms and pro-development in commercial zoning but residential zoning is for homes, not resorts.

It's been busy!! On July 22 the 29 Palms City Council voted to approve the Ofland Resort. On August 20, Indian Cove Neighbors joined the Center for Biological Diversity in filing a lawsuit to force an Environmental Impact Report or stop the project. Indian Cove Neighbors has initiated a GoFundMe to help pay for the lawsuit - help them raise $15,000 by donating today!
