Raise the Wage It's time (past time) to Raise the Wage in the USA! Current Minimum Wage is $7.25 per hour, federal. It's time to step up and Raise the Minimum Wage

Because many corporations here in the USA claim they will fire or not hire people due to "Obamacare", we think it's time to Raise the Wage! By simply having a $9.00 minimum wage, more individuals will have the chance to purchase health insurance. Consider the fact that $0.50 added per hour on a 40 hour work week is an extra $20 a week ($80 a month) so $30 a week x 4 would be $120 towards insurance

. If your argument is that people should be responsible for their own care and should not rely on hand-outs, then they MUST be given the means to do so.
