Congratulations to Dot Cesari and Don Batts. They were inducted into the Eagles Hall of Fame. Dot is the first woman to receive this honor in District 23.

The Auxiliary is sponsoring a pet food drive for The Morongo Basin Humane Society. They need toys, blankets, towels, etc... You can drop your donation by the Aerie.
Nominations of officers at the second meeting this month. If you wish to serve please come and let someone know. If you cannot attend the meeting but want to be nominated your acceptance must be in writing.

November Highlights:
The Aerie will be closed on Sundays. We will only be open on the 3rd Sunday of the month when the Auxiliary hosts breakfast. Breakfast served from 8:30-10:30 am.
EAGLES MEMBERSHIP APPRECIATION DAY
Saturday Nov. 15, 1 pm to ????.
FREE draft beer, hot dogs, chili, and a salad pot luck. LIVE MUSIC
Tuesday burger night hours have changed. New time is 4:30-6pm.
Annual R.E.A.C. Chili Dinner. Friday 11/15 Many varieties of homemade chili, corn bread, salads, and deserts.
We need a volunteer to do hot dogs before the meetings, contact Diane Pope.
The Aerie will be closed for thanksgiving. No dinner served 11/28.

OCTOBER 2014 HIGHLIGHTS:
Beginning in the month of October the Aerie will not be hosting breakfast because of poor member turnout. The Auxiliary will host breakfast on the 3rd Sunday of the month.
We did it!!! We got he "Big Dog" as a result of our attendance at the District Meeting.
ITS TIME FOR OUR ANNUAL FLEA MARKET/ CRAFT FAIR 11/1/2014. 8 am til? In our parking lot Call Sherry to reserve your table/space today.
Auxiliary Birthday Luncheon will be at Las Palmas Yucca Valley 12 noon Wednesday October 15, 2014.

August Highlights:
Annette James, Auxiliary President has had to resign because she is moving.
Diane Pope, installed as Auxiliary President at July meeting.
Auxiliary Birthday Luncheon to be held at Applebees Wed. August 20, 2014 at noon.
Auxiliary presented a check to Palms & Paws for the amount of $367.69.
Aerie Pres. Gary Gall encourages everyone to carry an application with them to boost membership.

Saturday, 31st: Installation of Officers @ 2pm Potluck to Follow
