👽✨ THE MOTHERSHIP HAS OFFICIALLY LEFT 29 PALMS… ✨🛸

What. A. Weekend. 🚀

The 3rd Annual AREA 29: Galactic Gathering has come to a close, and we’re still floating somewhere in orbit thinking about four incredible days of music, art, dancing, stargazing, strange encounters and pure desert weirdness. 🌵🌌

From making a splash at the UFO Pool Party 🛸💦, getting wonderfully weird at Another Otherworldly Evening 👽, probing the mysteries of the universe at Alien Probe 🔭 and glowing our way through the grand finale at SPACE JAM 🪩✨…you earthlings showed up ready for an adventure.

And that was only part of the transmission. Between THE HUNT, live music, art installations, Planet Zelatron, astronomy, comedy, performances and surprises scattered throughout Twentynine Palms, AREA 29 once again reminded us just how much creativity exists in this little corner of the Mojave. 💚

A massive cosmic THANK YOU to every artist, musician, performer, DJ, venue, partner, local business, volunteer, collaborator and behind-the-scenes human who helped bring this strange little universe to life. And most importantly, thank you to EVERYONE WHO CAME — whether you traveled across galaxies to get here or live right down the dirt road. 🖖👽

Grab your crew, hit the streets of 29 Palms, and see how many missions you can knock out during AREA 29: Galactic Gathering.

Pick up your mission details starting Thursday, August 13th at Scorpion Lollipop , then spend the weekend exploring local spots, completing challenges, snapping photo/video evidence, and getting a little weird along the way. 🌵👾🪐

The more missions you complete, the better your shot at taking home prizes from some of our local favorites. 🏆🚀

If you didn’t make it out to Spring SKATE JAM this past Sunday at Luckie Park, you definitely missed out — it was a blast and an incredible community event! 🛹🔥

The new Concession Stand was rockin’ and rollin’ supporting all the skaters and spectators with snacks and drink fuel to keep em’ movin! ⛽️🥤🍫

It was awesome to see some of our membership out participating too with pop ups and activations, including , .vibes.dyes and more! 💀💿🎶🌀🫶🏼🛹

Big CONGRATS to and thank you to everyone who volunteered, came out to support and are championing SKATE29 in our City! 🤙🏼 Let’s GO!
