π§πΎββοΈπ€ΈπΎββοΈ 4-H YOGA: FLEXIBILITY, FUN, AND FITNESS AT SMART CAMP! π€ΈπΎββοΈπ§πΎββοΈ
SMART Camp participants had an amazing time exploring the exciting world of 4-H Yoga and Tumbling! From learning balance and coordination to building strength, confidence, and focus, campers were fully engaged every step of the way.
β¨ Youth practiced yoga poses that encouraged mindfulness, flexibility, and relaxation while learning healthy ways to manage stress and improve concentration.
π€ΈπΎββοΈ During tumbling activities, campers challenged themselves with movement exercises that promoted agility, body awareness, teamwork, and self-confidence. Smiles, laughter, and encouragement filled the room as youth celebrated each otherβs accomplishments and tried new skills.
