Lionheart had a great start to the offseason tournament season! Battle of Bama was a success and the wrestlers put in some hard work on the mat. Proud of the effort and progress we’re already seeing during the offseason.

Lionheart Youth Wrestling Club is proud to host an area-wide food drive uniting wrestling programs from Colbert and Lauderdale Counties to help local families in need this holiday season.

From now through December 19th, our teams are collecting non-perishable food items that will be donated directly to food banks and community ministries right here in the Shoals.

This is our way of serving beyond the mat — showing the heart of our wrestling community and living out the words of Matthew 25:35, “For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat.”

Join us in the fight against hunger by arranging a drop off at any participating school or contacting us to get involved.

Huge respect to all the wrestlers who showed up and put in the work at our first clinic! You battled through fatigue, pushed past the tough moments, and stayed locked in when most would have quit.

Wrestling isn’t just about strength or skill — it’s about obsession. Obsessing over the small details, every move, every stance, every step… that’s what separates the good from the great.
