We at Douglas County Rotaract believe .

As we were having our own conversations, we decided to reach out to Tuscola Public Library about their Black history collection and ask if they could benefit from additional resources.

Librarian Devin Black provided us with a list of needs and recommendations that would be much appreciated - and we're asking for your help in purchasing those items. We'll match all donations (up to $250) through August 31, 2020.

How does it work?

- Purchase resources for Tuscola Public Library from this list (items will be mailed directly to TPL): https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/1YQEWDS36B6FE?ref_=wl_share

- We'll match all donations $1 for $1 (up to $250, submitted through August 31, 2020).

For those living in Tuscola who want to get involved in addressing racial issues, we suggest the Tuscolians for Racial Justice group.

We had a great time at the Rotary District 6490 Interact Conference this weekend & enjoyed sharing the story about how our group was formed, what projects we do each year, and lessons learned. An added bonus—we got to hang out with other Rotaract friends, including Champaign County Rotaract & Illini Rotaract. Thanks to Nick Voss for the invite to participate!
