This month, Revive – Mothers of Angel Babies honors every baby, every mother, every father, and every family whose lives have been forever changed by pregnancy or infant loss.

We will continue to say their names, share their stories, support grieving families, and break the silence surrounding pregnancy and infant loss.

I’m honored to once again serve as the organizer, planner, and host for the Wave of Light Pregnancy & Infant Loss Awareness Day event, in partnership with the Alabama Department of Public Health Perinatal Program.

Join us Thursday, October 15, 2026, from 5:30–7:30 PM at Stillman Heights Education Center for an evening of remembrance, support, food, giveaways, guest speakers, and our candle-lighting ceremony.

I’m especially grateful that this year we’ll also hear from a father sharing his story and perspective, because fathers grieve too and their voices matter.

BIG NEWS FOR REVIVE!

I am incredibly proud to officially announce that Revive – Mothers of Angel Babies has entered into an official partnership with Together for Hope as a member of the TFH Rural Development Coalition!

This partnership creates opportunities for greater collaboration, advocacy, community outreach, maternal and infant health initiatives, pregnancy and infant loss awareness, bereavement support programming, education, resources, and continued growth for the families and communities we serve.

What started from a place of personal loss, love, and a desire to make sure grieving families never feel alone continues to grow into something greater than I could have imagined.

Revive is not just a vision anymore. We are building. We are connecting. We are creating impact. And we are making sure that the voices and needs of bereaved mothers and families are represented in rooms where meaningful change can happen.

I’m grateful for this opportunity and excited about what is ahead.

💚 Revive Rise Nature Walk & Picnic 💚

If you have experienced pregnancy loss, infant loss, stillbirth, or miscarriage, we invite you to join us for a day of connection, healing, remembrance, and community.

Grief can often feel lonely, but healing happens when we know we are not walking the journey alone. Come spend time with others who understand the impact of loss as we gather for fellowship, encouragement, reflection, and support.

🦋 Community Support Needed for a Grieving Mother 🦋

Friends and family, I am reaching out on behalf of a young mother in our community who recently experienced the heartbreaking loss of her baby at 16 weeks gestation.

A local funeral home has graciously agreed to provide cremation services for a reduced cost of $300 so the baby’s remains can be cremated and returned to the mother. We are seeking individuals, churches, and community partners who may be willing to help cover this expense and provide support during this difficult time.

If you would like to contribute, donations may be made through Revive’s GiveButter link listed below or directly to the funeral home. To protect the family’s privacy and maintain confidentiality, specific information regarding the funeral home and the baby’s name will be provided through private message only.

No amount is too small, and every contribution will make a difference. If you are unable to give, your prayers and sharing of this post are greatly appreciated.

Thank you for helping us surround this mother with compassion, dignity, and support during her time of grief.
