WAQG - West Alabama Quilters Guild Our purpose is to share our love and appreciation of the art of quilting to our community and beyond.

The object of this Guild shall be to promote the appreciation of quilts, to share knowledge about quilts and quilting, and to perform community service projects.

Today's guild meeting was special, as we presented Senior Master Sargent Charles Smith with a Quilt of Valor. Sargent Smith served in both the United States Army and Air Force, fighting in the Korean War and Vietnam War. We thank Sargent Smith, along with all of our veterans and active-duty members for their service🇺🇸
