A friendly reminder: We put buoy markers, made with red and orange swim noodle pieces, at sites around the lake. The marked sites are to allow our divers to quickly find areas where we have Eurasian Water Milfoil (EWM). We contract divers to find and remove EWM for us.

Several of these buoys have been recently moved/removed. Now that you know their purpose, please return them to their previous locations or send me a message so I can pick them up. Or, if you know a neighbor that might have inadvertently moved them, please communicate the above with them.

Thank you for your cooperation. We look forward to replacing the markers so the divers will find the sites quickly which will save us time and money.

The Day on the Lake Event 2025 this past weekend was a great success! Enjoy the event pictures with these awesome ELA volunteers and one visitor from Horseshoe Lake. We learned a lot from our Lake Management Representative, Dave Blumer, and each other. A big thank you to the volunteers for giving of their time to help keep our lake safe, healthy, beautiful, and fun to enjoy for everyone!!!
