The Turners Station Cemetery Corporation provides for the care and maintenance of the final resting places of beloved family members. During the life of our mothers and fathers, Turners Station was a thriving railroad community in North Central Kentucky with a depot, stockyard, hotel, bank, post office, general store and a cemetery. Only the cemetery remains. We, the cemetery corporation, see to the upkeep of the grounds and the graves themselves. Each veterans' grave will be decorated with a flag for Memorial Day; seasonal photos are uploaded for those who are unable to travel, but still wish to visit their loved ones; and the grounds and entrance are professionally maintained. Many of the tasks are accomplished through volunteer work, but mowing and road maintenance must be carried out by professionals. The annual budget for mowing alone is over $3,000.00.
