BREAKING: A mounting number of formal grievances filed against multiple managers and operational areas within the Division of Business and Finance—which operates under the supervision of Vice President Rose McAuliffe—highlights a growing crisis within the university’s administration. Impacting key units such as Financial & Support Services, Commercial & Support Services, Auxiliary Operations, Procurement, Facilities, and departmental administrative operations, staff, faculty, and union members report that a pervasive culture of retaliatory management is eroding workplace trust, threatening job security, and undermining essential operations across campus.
In the face of punitive actions designed to silence dissent, our leadership urges all members to stand strong, remain united, and support one another against intimidation.
Our message is clear: We will not stay silent, and we will not back down. Collective strength is our best defense against retaliation, and we will continue to hold university leadership accountable to demand a fair, transparent, and respectful workplace for all.
