Family and friends of Laura Falk Huber would like to invite you to celebrate her life. Her services will be hosted by Turlock Memorial Park April 3rd, for the viewing & 4th for graveside services. Laura lost her long fought battle from cancer on March 20, 2025. Many things could be said about our auxiliary sister, Laura. She was a great volunteer for many organizations throughout her lifetime, Turlock Sportsman Club, Auxiliary to the VFW, Love Turlock, and we believe Turlock Moose Lodge as well. She was a constant helper, a true doer, always putting others before herself. She feed many in the community out of her own kitchen often making big meals with very little. The past 10 years of her life she dedicated to the VFW. She could always be found; at the Auxiliary fair booth grilling burgers, or in the VFW kitchen prepping produce for tacos and burgers nights. She would arrive early to get breakfast set up and stay late to put away the kegerator on special events. She always asked “How can I help?” Or “What do you need me to do?” and “Just call me I’m only around the corner!” She was team player she gladly follow any of us to put in the hard work. She could lead us too when the rest of us were just to tired. She was a great human being and I am proud to have known her and learned many kitchen tricks from her as well. Your absence will be truly missed.
