In 2020, the IRC Turlock launched the Central California Anti-Trafficking Resources and Empowerment (CCARE) Program. The CCARE Program provides comprehensive services to survivors of human trafficking, as well as training and outreach to increase awareness and identification of survivors. Our goal is to help survivors build lives that are free from abuse and exploitation. The program provides comp
rehensive, trauma-informed services, case management and direct assistance for survivors of both labor and s*x trafficking. The CCARE Program serves the Central Valley region including the counties of Stanislaus, Merced, Tuolumne, Mariposa, and Mono.
