Come join our infamous circle challenge where our favorite Jr. coach (Tito) helps keep your athletes in check, making sure they are hitting every move and not cheating themselves. Here to grow self discipline, strength, and team work. 💪

Today would be a great day to bring your athletes out to acclimate for this season’s weather!! ☀️

Learn speed, agility, and strength skills. 💪

We love a good pre-season conditioning 👏

BRING LOTS OF WATER AS TODAY WILL BE 95 degrees F! 🥵

This is free to our community with no obligations to join! However if your athlete has been thinking about signing up and wants to give it a try, bring them down to work out, if they enjoy it, lets get them on our roster! 🐝🤩

A warm thank you to all who attended our Mats and Mimosas event yesterday. 🥂

The wind had a completely different idea of how it should have played out and that’s okay! The class was beautifully lead by . We have some sore mamas today. Thank you to our vendors and a big thank you to our women of the board who worked so hard to put this event together for us.
