AFA Action The mission of AFA Action is to inform and mobilize individuals to strengthen the biblical foundation

Hon. Lee Rudofsky was nominated by President Trump to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit on August 12, 2026. AFA Actionโ€™s Center for Judicial Renewal is currently researching Mr. Rudofsky and has not yet issued a ranking. Preliminary research concerningly identified that Mr. Rudofsky previously signed an amicus brief supporting the position that same-sex marriage was constitutional. Mike Mazzeiโ€™s public record includes a 100% score from Oklahomans for Life, 100% scores from NFIBโ€“Oklahoma and the Oklahoma Farm Bureau, and an โ€œAโ€ voting record from the Oklahoma Second Amendment Association.
That record is one reason iVoterGuide evaluated Mazzei as Conservative in the August 25 Oklahoma gubernatorial runoff.

When Walker Wildmon asked Mike Mazzei about education, Mazzei emphasized parental accountabilityโ€”not more control for the education bureaucracy.
Mazzei proposed moving Oklahoma school board elections from low-turnout winter dates to the November general election, when more parents participate. He also pledged to appoint a statewide literacy director and replicate the reforms that produced Mississippiโ€™s dramatic improvement in reading outcomes.
That is the kind of specific policy information voters should consider before August 25.

Political candidates should be prepared to defend their statements with factsโ€”especially when speaking about voters within their own party.
Gentner Drummond recently described some โ€œextremistโ€ Republicans as โ€œfascists,โ€ but the label leaves important questions unanswered.
Which Republicans was he describing? Which policies does he believe justify that characterization?
Oklahoma voters should not be left to guess. They deserve a direct explanation of the policy differences behind such a serious accusation.

A nation governed by law must secure its borders and enforce its immigration laws consistently.
Gentner Drummond has pledged to deport illegal immigrants, but his more recent comments have focused on removing those who commit additional crimes while criticizing the Trump administrationโ€™s ICE enforcement operations. That shift raises a legitimate policy question: Does he support enforcing immigration law consistently, or only against selected offenders?
Oklahoma voters deserve a clear and consistent answer before August 25โ€”not competing messages depending on the audience.
