We are happy to have Lisa Breaux join us this year as Director of the school. She brings over 25 years of experience in education and has deep roots in Tuolumne County. Her passion for education is deep and her enthusiasm in the classroom is a great addition. She also brings experience in gymnastics instruction and is expanding our program to offer some gymnastics on Tuesdays. We are happy we have Violet and Lisa leading our school. Enrollment info on our website. Reach out with any questions.

We are happy to welcome Violet McLaughlin as our new teacher at SPNS this year. Violet comes with a strong background in early childhood education and experience working with newborn to five year olds. She enjoys working with kids one on one building academic skills and leading groups in imaginative play. We so appreciate how much care she gives in stewarding this community and providing support to parents. It’s going to be a great year at SPNS!

What a great start to the year! We are exploring "All About Me" and learning about our friends, families and classmates.

We have a number of new families joining us this year and it's so nice to see the excitement of the new kids exploring and getting to know the school!

We welcome new families and we enroll students throughout the year. Please reach out for information and if you would like to visit the school or take a tour at [email protected].

Sonora Area Foundation is doing great work again! They are such a valuable asset to our community. Check out their matching donation efforts (https://sonora-area.org/sonora-area-foundation-news/you-give-we-give-donation-match/) and please consider donating to Summerville Parent Nursery School. We are a 501c3 non-profit that has been a part of this community for over 50 years. With the shift towards transitional kindergarten, our little school has struggled to stay alive, but we are fighting to keep our doors open for families for years to come!
