Last Friday’s fairway fun had a serious purpose—and we were glad to be part of it.

A big thank-you to the Wyoming County Community Health Foundation for hosting a golf tournament that raised funds to support Wyoming County EMS. Reliable emergency response is something every family and business depends on, and it takes community effort to sustain it.

WCHC was proud to send two teams to play, connect, and show support for this important work. Thank you to WCCHF for investing in a stronger, safer Wyoming County—and to everyone who sponsored, played, volunteered, and helped make the day a success.

Blood supplies are critically low, and local patients are counting on donors.

A blood donation may be needed by someone recovering from surgery, receiving cancer treatment, experiencing complications during childbirth, being treated after a serious accident, or living with a chronic illness that requires transfusions.

When you donate at our local blood drive, your donation stays local and helps protect the blood supply for people right here in our region.

Please reserve your appointment today:

Tuesday, June 16, 2026
1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Wyoming County Healthcare Center
5950 US-6, Tunkhannock, PA 18657

All donors will receive a free Greenley’s BBQ pulled pork sandwich, sponsored by Mey & Sulla Law Firm.

Financial stress affects more than a bank account.

Questions about credit, debt, budgeting, or building savings can feel overwhelming — especially when people are trying to sort through conflicting advice online.

That’s why our next Speaker Series session is focused on real-world financial information explained in a way that makes sense.

Join Edmund Brogenski of M&T Bank on June 9 from 5–6 PM at the Wyoming County Healthcare Center for a community conversation about money, credit, and practical next steps.

No complicated financial language. Just helpful information people can actually use.
