Our official season ended at district championships last weekend.

We are now focused on community outreach, getting new team members and fundraising for next season.

What a day! Our first match was at at 8:30 AM and our last after 6 PM. We were busy, busy, busy... but a good busy. Working things out, adapting, adjusting, learning. It was all hands on deck. We are looking forward to tomorrow. We are ready to go!! A big bright spot in our hectic day was C. Stone being selected as the saftey Captain All Star! 🧡🖤 A second, bright spot was seeing the double rainbow 😉 as we walked out.

The Tigertrons have arrived at Stabler Arena at Lehigh University and are ready for action at the FIRST Mid-Atlantic District Championship! 🐯🤖

Our pit is set, the robot is prepped, and the team is focused as we get ready for the start of competition. There’s always something special about these early moments.... energy is high, excitement is building, and the stands are starting to fill.

Our Tigertrons have been hard at work early this morning getting ready for our final day at the Mount Olive competition. They have been putting in the effort to get Bamm-Bamm in tip top shape for the last of the qualification matches. All subgroups have been extremely diligent, and we have high hopes for todays matches... and if things continue to go our way, finals too!!! The Tigertrons waved goodbye to an extraordinary competition in Warren Hills, New Jersey last weekend! As we prepare for upcoming events, we would like to take a moment to highlight some of our accomplishments from our first test of the season.

After qualifying rounds, the team had a record of 8-4-0 placing us in 7th place for alliance selection, which guaranteed us a spot in the playoffs as one of the top 8 teams of the 30 at the competition. However, we were thrilled to give up our 7th place slot when we were picked by the 4th place alliance, team 193, MORT Beta. Beta also chose team 41, the RoboWarriors, to round out our alliance. Our trio also welcomed team 6016, Tiger Robotics, as a replacement robot in our last playoff match.

Through we were eliminated in the fourth round of the six round playoffs, we were not ready to leave quite yet. The Tigertrons marched onto the field to claim the Team Spirit Award. We are so proud of how our team performed at Warren Hills and we are ready to POUNCE on the competition at Mount Olive, March 27th-29th.

The Tigertrons had a WONDERFUL second day at Warren Hills! Although our robot ran into a few challenges, our spirits stayed high and that energy showed in both our stands and our pit.

Day 3 is starting off with the same theme of the weekend: a roller coaster ride… buuuuut roller coasters are fun and oh, so exciting! So we are here enjoying the ride!! 🎢🐯🤖
