The Montrose Minute Men are currently looking to expand our team!

Current Openings:
🚑 Paramedic Positions Available
We currently have multiple openings for both day and night shifts. These positions may be filled as either full-time or part-time roles.

🚑 EMT Positions (Upcoming Need)
While our current EMT positions are filled, we anticipate openings beginning this summer and into the fall and are looking to get ahead in the hiring process. These positions will primarily be overnight shifts, currently scheduled from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, though some flexibility with start times may be available.

Our crews are able to remain at the station during shifts - no “posting” in trucks throughout surrounding cities or parking lots.

Full-time employees become eligible for vacation benefits after 3 months of employment.

It’s the perfect time to celebrate a major win for our region during National Small Business Week! 🎉

Shores Sisters- Cafe, Farm Market, Greenhouse, Bakery, located in Towanda, Bradford County has been named the 2026 National Rural Small Business of the Year by the U.S. Small Business Administration!

What started as a small roadside stand has grown into a year-round destination and cornerstone of our local community, which makes this national recognition even more meaningful.
