Legal Financial Obligation (LFO) Reconsideration Day is on August 15th!!

If you, or someone you know need help with LFOs, please register for assistance on the website link below. **Limited to 350 participants **

Once registered, attorneys will review each individual case to determine eligibility. Those who are eligible will be provided an appointment time on the day of the event and will have their LFOs reconsidered by the court. They can appear in court or on zoom. City of Olympia criminal fines and fees are not eligible for this event. There is no cost to register for the event or participate.

❓Would you like to collaborate with DCYF? Join our Peer Advisory Group! This group will include a balanced mix of subject matter experts and individuals with lived experience, and consist of members who culturally represent the current JR population, Have lived relevant experiences similar to current JR population and/or:

☑️-Have systematic, clinically relevant experience in peer support or adolescent mental health and/or substance use disorder treatment.

☑️- Are familiar with program and policy development.

☑️-Are familiar with evidence informed adolescent/young adult treatments and current research.

WHAT WILL WE BE DOING? YOU WILL SUPPORT AND…

✅️·Develop processes and policies for peer support implementation

✅️·Analyze DCYF/JR DBT delivery and outlines

✅️·Analyze JR DBT delivery for culturally responsive language and approaches.

✅️·Analyze JR DBT Training and focus for culturally responsive language and approaches.

✅️·Review partnerships with organizations that are coming to JR facilities.

Advisory Group Participants will be compensated for their time!

Advisory Group Participants will be willing to commit to 6 hours of engagement per month -3 hours of Advisory Group Meeting time and 3 hours of prep time.

Advisory Group Members will be willing to commit to Ten (10) months of Advisory Group meetings-(3 meetings per month for ten months)
