Applications for RMH Operation Christmas for All 2026 are NOW OPEN!
Before applying, PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE POST. We know it’s long, but it contains very important information about our program, application process, sponsorship, and gift pickup.
❤️ WHAT IS RMH OPERATION CHRISTMAS FOR ALL?
RMH Operation Christmas for All is a need-based Christmas assistance program created in honor of Randle Morgan Harris.
Our mission has never been simply to give children toys. We want to come alongside families who genuinely need a little extra support during the Christmas season and help provide both necessities AND a little Christmas magic.
Last year, with the incredible support of our community, we were able to serve 170 children! ❤️
Our ability to serve families this year will depend entirely on the sponsors, businesses, donors, and resources available to us.
🎄 WHO CAN APPLY?
Children must be ages 1–15 to be registered as an RMH Angel.
Children under age 1 will not be registered as individual Angels this year.
However, if your household has an infant and you are in need of necessities such as diapers, wipes, formula, baby hygiene products, or other essential baby items, there will be a section on the application where you can tell us what you need.
We will do our very best to help with those items as resources allow, but infant necessity requests are NOT guaranteed.
🎁 OUR READ • WEAR • NEED • WANT STRUCTURE
Each child’s Angel list will include four requests:
📚 READ
Something your child can read or enjoy reading.
Please be specific! Tell us their reading level, favorite books, series, characters, topics, or authors.
👕 WEAR
Something your child needs to wear.
This may include clothing, pajamas, shoes, coats, etc. Please include accurate sizes AND helpful details about their style, favorite colors, characters, etc.
❤️ NEED
Something your child genuinely needs.
This is an important part of our program! Think about something that would actually help your child—not simply another toy.
Examples may include bedding, a backpack, school supplies, hygiene products, winter gear, sensory items, or another age-appropriate necessity.
🎁 WANT
And of course, we still want Christmas to feel like Christmas!
Tell us something your child would genuinely be excited to find under the tree. Include their interests, favorite characters, hobbies, activities, or specific items that would help their sponsor shop for them.
⚠️ PLEASE BE AS DETAILED AS POSSIBLE!
Please do NOT simply write:
❌ “Clothes”
❌ “Toys”
❌ “Books”
❌ “Shoes”
Instead, give your child’s sponsor something to work with!
For example:
✅ “Girls size 8 leggings and long-sleeve shirts. She loves purple and pink, unicorns and Hello Kitty.”
✅ “Youth size 3 tennis shoes. He likes athletic-style shoes and prefers black or blue.”
Your application is what allows a complete stranger to walk up to an Angel Tree, read about your child, and thoughtfully shop for them.
Please take your time filling it out!
Incomplete applications or applications that do not provide enough information may be disqualified.
❤️ THIS IS A NEED-BASED PROGRAM
Completing an application does NOT guarantee that your family will receive assistance.
We have LIMITED SPOTS available.
Applications will be reviewed based on family need and the resources available to RMH. This is NOT simply first come, first served.
We ask everyone to please be honest when completing the application.
Every Angel, donation, and dollar entrusted to RMH comes from someone in our community who has chosen to help another family. We take that generosity seriously and want those resources to reach families who genuinely need assistance this Christmas.
📱 IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ ABOUT COMMUNICATION
Once you submit your application, you do NOT need to contact RMH to check your application status or ask whether your child has been sponsored.
❤️ RMH will contact you ONLY once we have successfully found a sponsor for your child/family.
When we contact you, your message will also contain your gift pick-up information, including:
🎁 Gift pick-up instructions
📍 Pick-up location
📅 Pick-up date/time or available pick-up window
Because we are working with a large number of families, children, sponsors, businesses, and volunteers, please do not message the RMH page asking for application or sponsorship updates.
This allows our team to spend that time finding sponsors, communicating with businesses, collecting gifts, and preparing everything for our families.
If you have not heard from us, it means we do not have confirmed sponsorship and pick-up information for your family yet.
Submitting an application does not guarantee sponsorship, and unfortunately we cannot guarantee when—or if—a sponsor will be found.
Once we have good news and confirmed information for you, WE WILL REACH OUT TO YOU! ❤️

If we cannot reach you, we may have to move on to another family.
🎁 ABOUT YOUR CHILD’S GIFTS
RMH does NOT wrap Christmas gifts this year.
Gifts will be provided to parents/guardians UNWRAPPED.
This allows you to see what your child received before Christmas and decide how you would like everything presented under your tree. ❤️
🎄 NEED WRAPPING PAPER?
Please let us know!
When available, RMH will be happy to provide wrapping paper to families who need it.
Please remember that our sponsors are generously shopping for children they have never met.
We cannot guarantee:
❌ Specific brands
❌ Exact items
❌ Specific dollar amounts
❌ That every request listed will be purchased
❌ Additional infant necessities
Your child’s Read • Wear • Need • Want list is meant to guide their sponsor, not serve as a guaranteed shopping list.
We ask our families to receive whatever is given with kindness and gratitude toward the individuals and businesses who make this program possible. ❤️
