Together we weave a stronger net- check off your next square.

IECMH doesn’t live in one system. It lives where educators, mental health teams, social workers, healthcare providers, and families meet- sharing knowledge and care.

This square is about partnerships. The best solutions come when we build bridges and share the work.

When dads show up, speak up, and lead - big things happen for little kids.

Fathers play a powerful role in shaping young minds, building strong families, and strengthening communities. Whether it’s reading a story, helping at preschool, or advocating for better resources- dads are leaders from day one.

Let’s celebrate dads who are:
🧠 champions of early learning
💬 voices for change in their communities
🤝 partners in parenting and education
❤️ everyday heroes in their child’s life

Leadership starts with love, and our children thrive when dads lead the way.

Every system I’ve navigated for my child, I now help improve for others.

Moms are a child’s first advocate, first protector, and first voice. That lived experience isn’t just personal - it’s powerful.
Every sleepless night, every appointment navigated, every system challenged builds a skillset rooted in empathy, resilience, and fierce advocacy. These are leadership qualities, and they belong in every room where decisions are made.
Today we celebrate moms as leaders - because caregiving isn’t a detour from leadership, it’s the foundation.
