Some of you already know Dimitry Coulibaly from our Saturday French Café Conversations at NEFF.

He has created something truly special : Le Cacao Noir - A Curated Cocoa Experience, an intimate 90-minute journey through cocoa, culture, and connection.

Inspired by the cocoa heritage of Côte d'Ivoire and the art of French chocolate craftsmanship, each session includes :

🍫 Curated chocolate & cocoa tastings, featuring a French chocolate house founded in 1884
🥐 Fresh beignets and crêpes prepared on site
🧋 Signature iced cocoa drinks
🎶 Music, storytelling, and a warm cultural atmosphere

📸 We are thrilled to announce Visits to France, a stunning photography exhibit by our very own board member Layton Isaacs Baker, coming to Circle Cinema this June!

Over the past twenty years, Layton has traveled throughout France with her camera, capturing the beauty, charm, and soul of the country from the streets of Paris to the quiet landscapes of the French countryside. This exhibit brings together her finest work and invites you to experience France through her lens.

🗓️ The exhibit runs from June 4th to June 29th at Circle Cinema, Tulsa.

🥂 Opening reception: Thursday, June 4 at 6pm
Kick off the exhibit in style! Join us for appetizers and great company. Meet Layton in person, hear about her travels, and get a first look at the photos. It's the perfect evening for art lovers, francophiles, and anyone who has ever dreamed of wandering through France.
Alliance Française members will receive a complimentary glass of wine, courtesy of the Alliance. Drinks will also be available for purchase at the bar.

🎬 And the night doesn’t stop there — following the reception, Circle Cinema will screen Paris, Je T’aime at 7pm, the beloved French anthology film, in its original language. A perfect pairing for a perfect evening.

📖 Layton has also compiled her best work into a gorgeous88-page hardcover coffee table book, available for $100. You can purchase it at the reception with cash or check, or order it online soon.
