Tulsa Remoter, Chana Spahr, believes that the vibes and community are some of Tulsa’s most redeeming qualities. Tulsans want their city to thrive and will support small businesses and newcomers alike.

Chana moved to Tulsa with her remote role as a software engineer and found some extra time on her hands with the nature of a work-from-home role. In those pockets of time she was motivated to open up a wellness space – all while maintaining her remote role! Inspired by her love for saunas during travel, she saw an opportunity for Tulsa to continue expanding its wellness culture. Now operates in Kendall Whittier offering thermal sauna, cold plunge and a curated wellness sanctuary designed for rest and recovery 🪷

Visit the spa at📍2124 E Admiral Blvd and visit their site wolfmother.com for membership, day-pass and event information.

You haven’t had a true Tulsa experience until you’ve taken the Monday after Tulsa Tough off due to ‘too much fun’.

Sunday, the last day of the race, is a full-on party. Tulsans take over Cry Baby Hill off of Riverside and line the iconic stretch of steep pavement, cheering on riders as they do 40 laps. Do you have Tulsa Tough plans this weekend? Let us know in the comments below.

P.S.... our “you’re not a real Tulsan until...” series is not meant to be taken seriously. If you live in or love Tulsa, you’re already a real Tulsan. 🫶
