Also, PayPal update! After noticing that payments were coming in short of $150, I realized that PayPal is taking out their processing fee of 2.9% plus $0.30, thus making the registration fee deposited into the account to be less than $150. I called PayPal and the best way to fix this is to submit a payment of $155. The fee taken out of that will be $4.80, making the total money received on this end to be $150.20. There is no way around this; it is how PayPal makes money. If you have an issue with this, contact me for my address and you can submit to me a money order or Cashier's Check.

I hope everyone is ready to make hotel arrangements! In order to receive the Southwest Shootout rate of $75/night for a single or double occupancy, or $95/night for a triple or quad occupancy, please visit the following link and search for rooms. You have until June 11th to make your reservation at these rates.

I have some slightly unfortunate news. The easiest and most honest explanation is that the hotel mismanaged time on their end and there are now no rooms with two full beds available for Saturday night. They have given us instead "Club Regency King" rooms. These are rooms on a higher floor with only one king bed, but along with these rooms comes extra amenities and free internet access. These rooms normally cost a bit extra, but that was waived.

You have access to this rate for three days prior to the 22nd and three days after the 23rd if you need the other nights, but that is dependent on room availability.
