Well the cat is out of the bag! Wednesday, March 9th the Tulsa Nathan Hale Rangers varsity baseball team will take the field at OneOk stadium to host the Rogers Ropers. This is a FREE opportunity to see the new look Rangers. If at all possible, please help me pack the park for what is bound to be an incredible night!!

Admission is free for all games scheduled in early March.

I have retired from coordinating the Hale golf tournament. The Alumni Foundation is looking for someone to step up and continue the 18 year tradition.

City Year (a group who is working with us at the school this year) has chosen Hale as the recipient of their annual MLK Service Day. They are going to bring a team of volunteers (and supplies) to work on a bunch of projects to help spruce up the school. Many of the proposed projects are things that have long been neglected by budget constraints. However, they only have so many people! We need as many volunteers as humanly possible!! We will be painting, and moving things etc. Please let me or Lynda Hill Holt or Shane Keim know if you, or anyone else is interested in volunteering some time on Monday the 15th. This is a really great opportunity for Nathan Hale, and a big deal that we were chosen! Thanks!

Due to low confirmed participation, we regrettably are cancelling the golf tournament this year. We will lose the deposit at the course, and may have to forgo awarding scholarships next Spring. The Nathan Hale Alumni Golf Tournament is September 30, 2017 at noon (lunch) and 1:30 shotgun start. You don't have to be a Hale Alumni to play. It's a Bye week for OU and OSU is playing out of state that day, so no game day excuses to prevent you from playing. If you can't play and want to support the Rangers, you can contribute by donating Raffle items, sponsoring a hole with your business, or cash donations. Save the date: The Nathan Hale Alumni Foundation Annual Golf Tournament is September 30, 2017. Lunch at noon and shot-gun start at 1:30 at Battle Creek in Broken Arrow. OU has a bye that week. OSU is out of state, and TU has a home game. We found the clearest football weekend we could, and the heat should not be an issue or an excuse to not play. So, put it on your calendar, form your teams, and let Linda Corwin know you will join us!!!

Hale baseball was originally proposed as a TPS cut, but was saved. Kids will be saved with it.
