There’s something special about watching GLOW alumnae come back to pour into the sisterhood that once poured into them. 💗

This summer, we hosted our inaugural alumni-led GLOW Reunion Workshop, Yoga as Rest & Resistance, led by 2026 GLOW alum Kare Coley. Together, alumnae across countries and cohort years created space to slow down, reconnect, and practice rest with intention. ✨

Participants left feeling rested, grounded, refreshed, and rejuvenatd. Thank you, Kare, for helping us create such a beautiful first gathering. We can’t wait to see how our GLOW alumnae continue to lead and create community together. 🌍

Although GLOW is a three-month experience, the sisterhood is designed to last a lifetime. 🌍

We love seeing the relationships built through the GLOW Global Cohort continue to grow beyond the program.

During a four-week Cultural Study Tour in New York City, 2026 GLOW alum Grace had the opportunity to meet her GLOW coach and 2025 alum, Alaina Ruffin, in person after building their relationship throughout the cohort. Her travels also brought her to Washington, DC, where she connected with fellow 2026 GLOW alum Joy Baker and spent the afternoon together at Howard University. ✨

From virtual introductions to real-life moments across cities and countries, this is the beauty of GLOW: creating a global sisterhood that our young women can carry with them wherever life takes them next.

Each year, Global Giveback Day gives our GLOW Girls the opportunity to put leadership into action by serving the communities and causes closest to them. 🌍

For her 2026 project, Kabelo Mametsa visited Care Village children’s home, where she donated food supplies and essential items to support the home’s daily needs. From expanding access to opportunity to supporting the well-being of young people, our 2026 cohort is showing us what leadership in action can look like.
