Hello everyone,

Hope everyone is staying safe and warm as the snow and ice melt.
We will meet on Monday, February 2nd at 3:30.

Please enter through the Hardesty Building front door.

We will be climbing on our rock wall in preparation to go to Climb Tulsa later. It will be a good way to try your climbing skills and have lots of fun. Come cheer for everyone and give it a go yourself.

Hello everyone!!!

Summer is here and hope you are acclimating well, drinking lots of water, and taking care of yourself.

We will meet on Monday, July 7th at 3:00 with Melanie Heffington as our speaker and bringing her goniometer. Melanie is a physical therapist and this instrument is used to measure angles that assist in your mobility. She will be here to discuss and give you a variety of ideas on how to improve and enhance your mobility.
