If the cost of dental treatment has kept you from getting the care you need, you're not alone, and Eastern Oklahoma Donated Dental Services may be able to help. We provide donated dental care at no cost to qualifying adults who don't have the financial means to pay for treatment.

Eligibility is based on household income, the county you live in, and a few program requirements, all of which are outlined on our Patients page.

When you're ready to apply, here are a few tips from our team:

▪️ Complete every page of the application.
▪️ Include a copy of your proof of income.
▪️ Mail your finished application to our Tulsa office.

Please keep in mind that we're not an emergency service. Applications are handled in the order they're received, and our team will contact you when your name comes up on our list.

Did you know Eastern Oklahoma Donated Dental Services has helped people across our region access dental care since 2003? We connect qualifying adults who lack the financial means for treatment with volunteer dentists who provide restorative care at no cost to the patient.

That treatment happens in our volunteer dentists' own offices, where they take great care to protect each patient's dignity and privacy.

For many of those we serve, a healthier mouth can mean eating more comfortably, smiling without hesitation, and feeling more confident in everyday life.

Do you know someone who's been putting off dental care because of cost, or a community group that serves adults facing economic hardship? Passing our information along could be the first step toward getting them help.

Volunteering through EODDS is designed to work around your practice - not the other way around. You provide care in your own office, with your own team. You choose the cases, treatment and level of participation that feel right.

We’ll qualify the patient, help coordinate the process and cover approved lab costs.
