s leaders to find and pursue their purpose. By default the TCB is an incubator for Tulsa’s leaders, businessmen, and entrepreneurs. If TCB members and attendees fully participate, read, and apply themselves they will become men who know who they are and why they are here. They become men of purpose, character, and integrity; Christ-like leaders who positively influence culture, and the marketplace. The principle is simple, create leaders for a lifetime by building solid foundations in a person’s business and life by focusing on the mind, body, and spirit; our goal is to help each man succeed in all areas of his life so he can then lead others and fulfill his life’s purpose. Leaders are made by not what they do but by whom they produce. Each man was born with a gift of leadership, a God given gift to become great! It’s TCB’s job to show each businessman that the seed they carry has a giant tree inside waiting to come forth so that the world might partake of his fruit. The TCB is a non-profit organization founded on Biblical based principles and ultimately encourages each man to find his purpose and salvation in Jesus Christ. We are a non-denominational organization, focused specifically on the next generation of businessmen and leaders.
