Recently, our staff and AAT Board of Directors had the opportunity to visit a few of Tulsa’s local arts organizations. As we begin our second decade and welcome our new Executive Director, this face-to-face time with the people doing the work we’re proud to support was truly inspiring.

The impact of the arts goes far beyond what we see on stage or on a canvas. Arts organizations, along with the artists they support, help strengthen education, health, the economy, and the overall quality of life in our community. Their value is felt in many ways, and the numbers back it up as well.

If you’re curious, we’ve included a few of those facts in the link below. (New studies have either begun or are scheduled to begin in 2026-2027. These focus on many aspects including economic impact, health and the impact AI on the arts industry.)

From April 2 to June 15, artists are invited to submit work for consideration.
Selected artists will be featured in the ARTini Tulsa gallery opening mid July, leading into the ARTini Tulsa’s big event on August 15. (ARTiniTulsa.com... A refreshed site days away)

ARTini brings together a thoughtful mix of artists, styles, and perspectives—curated by a local selection committee and designed to connect artists with an engaged, art loving audience.

As the grant deadline approaches, we’re excited to announce a record number of new organizations have submitted their applications. We’re also grateful to see many longtime partners who have been with us for over a decade.
