Live music is coming to the Neon Quarter this Friday and you are not going to want to miss it. 🎶

First Lutheran Church is hosting a FREE live music night on Friday August 28th at 7PM featuring their music director Clayton Foor as he plays and sings pop songs from the seventies and eighties plus some of his own originals. Good music, good neighbors and a great way to spend a Friday evening right here in the neighborhood. 🧡

All are welcome and admission is free. Donations are appreciated.

Monday night’s Community Meet Up was everything. Neighbors, businesses, community partners and the incredible team at Partner Tulsa all in one room talking about the future of the Neon Quarter. The energy, the ideas and the turnout were incredible and we could not be more grateful for this community.

A huge thank you to Partner Tulsa for making the St. Louis Underpass Mural Project possible through their Community Impact Initiative Grant. This neighborhood is ready to make something really special. 🎨🌟

We are hosting a Community Meet Up on Monday August 3rd from 5:30 to 6:30PM and we would love to see you there.

Here is what it is all about — the Neon Quarter has been awarded a Partner Tulsa Community Impact Initiative Grant to fund an exciting new St. Louis Underpass Mural Project. We will be sharing an overview of the project and then leading a guided brainstorming session to gather ideas and inspiration for the mural’s design. Your input matters and will help shape what this mural becomes. 🎨

This one is for our neighbors, local businesses, cornerstone partners and property investors — if you are connected to the Neon Quarter in any way come pull up a chair.

Did you know? 🛣️

Tulsa is the only city in the world officially designated the Capital of Route 66. Out of every city, every state and every stretch of the 2,448 mile Mother Road from Chicago to Santa Monica — Tulsa holds that title.

And that same iconic highway runs right down 11th Street through the heart of the Neon Quarter and the Meadow Gold District.

Not a bad backyard if you ask us. 🧡

In the District 📍 Vol. 06 — Decopolis

Part gift shop, part museum, part adventure and completely one of a kind. 🌟

Decopolis on Route 66 in the Meadow Gold District is honestly one of the most unique spots in all of Tulsa. Walk in and you’ll find a free Tulsa Art Deco mini museum, a Steampunk themed Discovitorium with life sized dinosaurs, rocks, fossils and so much more. Oh and did we mention there’s an ice cream parlor inside too? 🍦

This is the kind of place you take out of town guests and watch their jaws drop. And the best part? It’s right in the Neon Quarter!
