SAPAF is pleased to announce its first event for the year. Milind Oak and Niche Entertainment have had many a successful show in Tulsa and they are back with TrendSetters - A Bollywood Musical Journey.

SAPAF is proud to present Sacred Winds…

This unique program features three outstanding performers: Pandit Subhen Chatterjee, a Grammy-nominated world-renowned tabla maestro, Jesse Bannister, acclaimed ethno-saxophone player from the UK, and Soumyajyoti, a sensational flute player from India.

Together, they blend Indian classical rhythms, jazz improvisation, and elements of Western classical music, creating a sound that transcends borders and traditions.

It’s time to Party on the Green..SAPAF is excited to present a new twist to our annual “Garba on the Green”. This years Desi Mela is an FREE family friendly event on the Guthrie Green with food trucks, henna stations, vendors with all kinds of trinkets and our very own DJ Jazzy to help you dance the evening away.

The fun starts at 5:00 pm so please come by and have a great evening with food, music and dance..and bring your dancing shoes !!

Draupadi’s life, born out of fire, was a tapestry of emotions and experiences that shaped her into a uniquely complex personality, culminating in a peaceful existence in the cold Himalayas. Throughout her journey, she embodied high values, navigating with elegance and power. In the epic Mahabharata, Krishna assumes the role of both Sutradhara (Narrator) of the dance production and a pivotal character in Draupadi’s life, illuminating its highlights through his perspective.

Join us at the Lorton Performance Center at The University of Tulsa on August 9, 2024 at 7:30 p.m. Ticketing information is in the comments.

SAPAF is very proud to present - Krishnaa - Fire to Frost - a spectacular dance production based on the Mahabharata.
