Family & Children's Services Family & Children’s Services is a non-profit, Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic.

Since 1921, our dedicated staff has restored children’s wellbeing, healed hurting and abused children, strengthened families and provided hope and a path to recovery for those dealing with serious mental illness and addiction. For Clients: (i) no one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay; and (ii) there is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and inc

ome. When applicable, this statement should be translated into the appropriate language/dialect. (May or may not be applicable to free clinics, or correctional facilities.) At every Family & Children’s Services site we promise to welcome and not discriminate. We will provide services to people regardless of:

September is Su***de Prevention Awareness Month, a time to encourage conversations about mental health, reduce stigma and remind people that help is available.

This year's focus highlights the power of connection, conversation and resources like the 988 Su***de & Crisis Lifeline. In a recent discussion, FCS Medical Director Dr. Stevan Lahr shared ways to recognize when someone may be struggling, start supportive conversations and help connect people to treatment and resources.
