We’re excited to welcome Amber Hendrix to First Serve Tulsa as our new Fundraising Coordinator! 🎉

Amber brings a strong background in nonprofit leadership, marketing, and fund development, along with a passion for building meaningful community partnerships. An Oklahoma State University alum and Claremore native, she has been an active member of the Tulsa tennis community since returning in 2022.

Her love for the game and heart for serving others make her a perfect fit for our mission of empowering youth through tennis and education. 🎾

When she’s not on the court, Amber enjoys traveling with her husband Trevor and spending time with their three dogs—Charles, Loretta, and Merle.

Spring Break Camp was one for the books ☀️🎾 So much growth, energy, and fun packed into a few days—we love seeing these athletes shine on and off the court!

We also want to give a HUGE shoutout to Coach Alan. The absolute best volunteer, and someone who has poured so much into our program and players. We are beyond grateful for everything he’s done.

While we’re so sad to see him go, we know he’s onto great things. You will be dearly missed, Coach Alan! 💙

Today we begin something powerful.
For the first time, First Serve Tulsa is joining National Giving Day — and we’re inviting you into a mission that changes lives. 💚🎾

Every day, kids step onto the court and discover confidence, belonging, and joy. Many would never get that opportunity without programs like this.

This year, our goal is simple:
50 monthly supporters giving $25/month.
✨ $25/month allows one athlete to attend a drill session.

If we reach our goal, it would allow 50 athletes to receive a drill session each month — giving them the chance to grow, learn, and be mentored in a safe, uplifting space.
50 people who believe every child deserves access to tennis — no matter their circumstances.

Proud doesn’t even begin to cover it!
This weekend, several of our League of Exceptional Players took the court at the Fred Johnson All-Star Tournament in Edmond, competing in both singles and unified doubles.🫶🏼

Beyond the wins and placements, they built friendships, shared laughs, and connected with fellow players from across the state.

We're incredibly proud of their growth on and off the court and thankful to be part of a community that champions inclusion through sport.

Huge thank you to Edmond Center Court for the warm hospitality and for making this experience possible!🎾
