Introducing Miss Tulsa’s Teen 2027, Abby Penner! 💙✨

New to the Miss America Opportunity and already making her mark, Abby stepped onto the Miss Tulsa State Fair/Oil Capital/Tulsa stage for the very first time this weekend and walked away with a brand new title (and crown!) 👑

Abby is a proud Owasso Ram, a brilliant dancer, and brings the kind of joyful, effervescent energy that lights up every room she walks into. We are SO excited for Tulsa to get to know her, cheer her on, and watch her grow throughout this year.

This may be her rookie year, but something tells us she’s just getting started. 🦋

For the first time, Miss Tulsa State Fair, Miss Oil Capital, and Miss Tulsa are joining forces to bring you one MEGA local competition as we crown the next generation of outstanding young women!

📍 Sunday, October 4 at the 🎡 Tulsa State Fair

This is your opportunity to begin your journey in the Miss America Opportunity system while competing for incredible local titles, scholarships, personal growth, lifelong friendships, and the chance to make a difference in your community.

We couldn’t be more excited to announce that our organization is also proud to be the home of both the reigning Miss Oklahoma, Jaselyn Rossman, and Miss Oklahoma’s Teen, Finley Henderson. Their success is a testament to the incredible opportunities that begin at the local level, and we can’t wait to welcome the next class of competitors ready to chase their own dreams.

This week, Aubrey Bailey took the Miss Oklahoma stage with grace, courage, and authenticity. She embraced every opportunity, every rehearsal, every conversation, and every moment with a grateful heart.

While competition results often tell only a small part of the story, what we witnessed this week was a young woman growing into herself, building lifelong friendships, sharpening her voice, and proving that she belongs in every room she enters.

Aubrey, thank you for representing Miss Tulsa with class, kindness, and purpose. We are proud of the way you showed up, the way you supported your fellow candidates, and the way you remained true to who you are throughout the week.

The end of Miss Oklahoma week is not the end of your story. It is simply another chapter in a journey that is already filled with promise.

What an incredible week at Miss Oklahoma’s Teen. Watching you step onto that stage with grace, confidence, and joy was such a privilege. You represented Tulsa beautifully and left your mark on every phase of competition.

We are especially proud to celebrate your Evening Gown Award, a testament to the poise, elegance, and presence you’ve worked so hard to cultivate.

While titles and awards are wonderful, they are only a small reflection of who you are. Your kindness, work ethic, authenticity, and heart for others made us proud long before the first score was ever announced.
