Protect TPS We want Tulsa Public Schools to succeed, so we fight for good-faith self-governance.

👀 Protect TPS was founded because of the unbridled chaos created by former Superintendent Walters. His disdain for our community, our schools, and our leaders was toxic and distracted us for far too long from the work that matters most: ensuring our educators and students thrive.

The threat to our district and state is present again as two candidates vie for the state superintendent seat. One candidate has it figured out. The other is Walters 2.0.

It’s not enough to wait and see what happens. We have to ensure Dr. Franklin wins the primary run-off on August 25.

That’s why we’re excited to announce a new sister community activation, Communities for Franklin x Tulsa.

We reached out to all four candidates and prepared an overview of their replies, along with supporting information concerning endorsements. Please study the D3 map and share this information.
