🐾 Volunteers Needed…Dogs Waiting 🐾
If you’ve got an hour to spare this week or next, we’d love for you to come spend it with one of our dogs.
Life in boarding is hard. No matter how clean the kennel is, how much food they have, or how much we love them, it’s not a home. Many of our dogs spend 23 hours a day in a kennel waiting for someone to notice them.
A walk. A car ride. A few minutes of sniffing the grass. Some one-on-one attention. Those things may seem small to us, but they mean everything to a dog who spends most of their day behind a kennel door.
Not only does it brighten their day, but it also helps reduce stress, improves their behavior, and gives us photos and videos that help them get adopted. The dogs who get out, socialize, and have people advocating for them are often the dogs who find homes the fastest.
Whether you can come once, twice, or every day this week, we need you. Bring a friend, bring your kids, bring your walking shoes.
These dogs are waiting for someone to choose them, even if it’s just for an hour.
If you’d like to volunteer with our Dog Walkers Club and help give our boarding dogs a break, send us a message or comment below and we’ll get you started.
❤️ Because sometimes a walk isn’t just a walk…it’s hope. 🐾
