Child Care Resource Center - Community Service Council Sprouts Child Care Resource & Referral serves Tulsa, Creek and Wagoner counties in Oklahoma.

CCRC currently employs child care professionals to support parents, child care providers and the community. Our expertise includes early childhood, nutrition, social work, and more. CCRC is a member of the Oklahoma Child Care Resource & Referral Association, a statewide network of eight regional Child Care Resource and Referral agencies. The Association provides funding and support to help Child C

are Resource Center offer quality child care resource and referral services to families, providers, businesses, and the community. Funding is provided by the Oklahoma Child Care Services through the Child Care Development Fund. CCRC is also funded by the Oklahoma Department of Education Child Nutrition Programs, other private grants, contracts, and donations.
