Muchas gracias - fue una experiencia muy buena para los chicos. Con esta salida hicieron amigos del río y además vivieron la experiencia de como es un campeonato nacional de slalom y kayak cross. Bien echo Antony y Nicolas!

Healthy minds, healthy bodies. I love that ARK spends an equal amount of time off river focusing on positive, healthy relationships, how to control and express our emotions, and of course, using yoga as a way to manage stress and strengthen our body and mind.
