A huge thank you to Fairweather Masonry and WA Capital Management for their Silver Sponsorship of the 2nd Annual WA Construction Hike for Hope! 💙

As we recognize Men's Mental Health Awareness Month, we're grateful for partners who are helping us raise awareness for mental health, su***de prevention, and overall well-being in the construction industry.

With just 13 days to go until the WA Construction Hike for Hope, your support is helping us build a culture where it's okay to ask for help and where no one has to face life's challenges alone.

Thank you for standing with us and helping make a difference in the lives of construction workers and their families. We look forward to seeing everyone on June 27th!

Today we pause to remember.

On Workers Memorial Day, we honor the men and women who lost their lives, were injured, or became ill on the job. These are not just statistics they are our brothers, sisters, friends, and family members.

In our industry, we know the risks are real. That’s why this day matters. It’s a reminder that safety isn’t just a priority—it’s a responsibility we carry for one another every single day.

Let’s honor their memory by continuing to push for safer jobsites, looking out for our crews, and making sure everyone goes home at the end of the day.

We remember them. We fight for the living.

Thank you, Washington State Building and Construction Trades Council! We truly appreciate your support 🙏🏽
